PlantForm and iBio, Inc. agree to mediated settlement in legal dispute
Guelph, Ont., CANADA, Aug. 26, 2015—PlantForm Corporation and iBio, Inc. (NYSE MKT:IBIO) have agreed to a mediated settlement of iBio’s claims and PlantForm’s counterclaims in litigation pending in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
PlantForm has ceased all drug development and manufacturing activities with Fraunhofer USA’s Center for Molecular Biotechnology (“FCMB”) and has represented that it has no intention of renewing its relationship with FCMB at least until after the termination of iBio’s ongoing litigation with FCMB.
